• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

• Pricing is shown in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• We use third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

• Title to products passes to you upon shipment from our facility (or our supplier’s facility).

The BraapWrap name, logo, product designs (including our patented hook-tip design), images, text, and all content on the Site are the intellectual property of BraapWrap or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Warranty and Disclaimers

Our products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please see our Warranty page for full details.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE WARRANTY POLICY, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to resolve any disputes through binding individual arbitration where permitted by law, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
